YOULGRAVE MUSIC FEST FUNDRAISING |

In 2001, the Music Fest raised £1000 each for Lady Manners and Youlgrave CE Primary School for their special needs departments. The following year, money raised was donated to local hospitals at Newholme, Bakewell, and the Whitworth at Darley Dale. Money was also given to Youlgrave Guides, helpers at the event, to purchase camping equipment. 2003 saw donations going to Youlgrave Church Organ Fund and to Youlgrave Guides to buy rucksacks for their 2004 trip to Ireland. The Guides took responsibility for clearing up the field on Saturday and Sunday mornings, collecting sacksful of recycling! |
